Refund policy
Overview
Scent Focus is committed to delivering quality fragrance decants. Every order made by the customer is rebottled only when it is received. No samples or full decants are left to collect dust or stored for long periods. We take pride in our attention to detail during the entire process. However, due to the nature of our products, specific return and refund conditions apply.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item purchased is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@scentfocus.shop with a photo of the package and its contents.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within seven days of the delivery date. We cannot take responsibility for delivery issues reported beyond this period.
Non-Returnable Products
All fragrance sample sales are considered final due to hygiene and product integrity concerns. We do not accept returns unless:
- The product arrives damaged or broken. In this case, please send us photos immediately so we can evaluate the situation.
- The product is a full decant that is unopened and unused.
Return & Refund Process
If you qualify for a return, follow these steps:
- Email contact@scentfocus.shop with your order number and details of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label via email along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for packing the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exceptions and Clarifications
- Opened or used samples are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are not granted based on personal scent preferences.
- For a return to be approved, products must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
